Introduction
Lymphoma Action is one of the four lymphoma associations that founded the Lymphoma Coalition, a worldwide network of patient groups, in 2002. Today there are over 80 member organisations from over 50 countries, working together to provide support to people affected by lymphoma.
The Lymphoma Coalition has been conducting its Global Patient Survey on lymphomas & CLL every two years since 2008.
The survey seeks to understand patient experience in lymphomas as well as the impact of treatment and care. The Lymphoma Coalition works with its global members, including Lymphoma Action, to deliver the survey and we use the results to drive improvements in treatment and care.
Lymphoma Action is proud to share highlights of the 2024 United Kingdom of Great Britain and Norther Ireland survey report, which has been prepared by Picker Institute Europe.
"It's fantastic that every two years we and so many other lymphoma patient organisations across the world can hear directly from people affected by lymphoma about their diagnosis, treatment and care, and the psychosocial impact of lymphoma on their lives. We use this information to advocate for better outcomes for everyone affected by lymphoma and to inform what we as a charity can do to drive these improvements forward.”
