Goal one: People understand lymphoma and are able to better manage their health

“The information and support you provide has been invaluable since my husband was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma. We’d never heard of it and had to get up to speed pretty quickly. The online information is great for pointing friends and family towards.
We distributed 28,598 copies of our information books to help people better understand their diagnosis, treatment and living beyond lymphoma. We also added a new book about CAR-T cell therapy to our suite of information resources to inform people of what to expect if they, or someone close to them, is offered this type of treatment for their lymphoma.
Our health information webpages received 1.4 million views from people wanting to find out more about lymphoma. We also improved the accessibility of our website information by adding a toolbar that provides speech, reading and translation tools to help people access and understand the information they need.
We produced six new Lymphoma Voices podcast episodes covering a range of lymphoma-related topics through discussions with medical experts and people with lived experience.

“These are my go-to books to give to patients. Extremely well written and presented.

Lymphoma Matters magazines sent packed with useful information for people affected by lymphoma.
By the end of the year, 74 lymphoma specific clinical trials were listed on our TrialsLink database, with our Lymphoma TrialsLink webpage receiving over 24,000 views from people looking for information about clinical trials for people affected by lymphoma.
We published 126 information blog posts providing updates on our activities and to inform people about external health related developments relevant to lymphoma.
Our health information was once again accredited for the PIF TICK, the UK's only assessed quality mark for printed and online health and care information.
